Right of Cancellation

 

Customers residing in a member state of the European Union may cancel their purchase contract within the legally stipulated period, provided there is no statutory exclusion of the right of cancellation.

 

The cancellation must be declared in writing within the statutory period. A clear notification by email to:

Consequences of Cancellation

 

In the event of a valid cancellation, the purchase price will be refunded after receipt and inspection of the returned goods in accordance with statutory provisions.

 

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original payment.

 

The customer bears the costs of return shipping, to the extent permitted by law.

 

No Right of Cancellation for Custom-Made Artwork

 

There is no right of cancellation for paintings and art prints that are custom-made or personalized according to customer specifications, to the extent permitted by law.

 

This applies in particular to works that have been specially created or adapted according to the customer's specifications.

 

The statutory warranty rights in the event of defects remain unaffected.
